Is the $15 trial really unlimited classes?+
Yes — $15 gives you unlimited access to all group classes at your chosen location for one full week from the date of your first class. No hidden limits, no asterisks.
Can I use my membership at both locations?+
Multi-location membership options may be available. Check the pricing widgets for each location above, or contact us directly at info@boxonyx.com to discuss your options.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?+
Monthly memberships are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts required. Class packs have no monthly commitment at all — buy what you need, when you need it.
What is your refund policy?+
All purchases are final. No refunds under any circumstances. If you have a specific situation to discuss, please contact us at (480) 620-9339 or info@boxonyx.com and we'll do our best to help.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Membership cancellations can be managed through your account in the Onyx Boxing app or by contacting us directly. Please reach out at least 7 days before your next billing date.
